Texas Binairo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Texas Binairo ("the app") is an offline logic-puzzle game for iOS. This policy explains exactly what happens with your data — in short: we don't collect any.

The short version

What the app stores (and where)

The app saves your preferences and game progress directly on your device using standard iOS app storage. This includes:

This information exists only on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app — or using "Reset all progress" in Settings — permanently erases it.

Data we do not collect

The app does not collect, use, transmit, store, or sell:

The app contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics, and no advertising.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions ("Full Ride") are purchased, processed, and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, Apple Account, email address, or payment details — Apple does not share them with us.

To check whether you have an active subscription, the app asks Apple directly on your device using Apple's StoreKit framework. Only the yes/no result is used, and it is stored on your device only. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Network use

The app is fully playable offline. It connects to the internet only when you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription through Apple, or when iOS checks your subscription status with Apple. No gameplay data is ever sent anywhere.

If you share a completion card, iOS hands the image to the destination you choose (such as Messages or Mail). We are never involved in, and never see, what you share.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no data from anyone, no data — including children's data — is collected, used, or shared.

Your choices and rights

You control all of the app's data, because all of it is on your device:
